After graduating with a BA Honors in Psychology and 12 years’ experience in recruitment, in April 2016 Kay founded sister site Connect Care Recruitment, which specialises in healthcare recruitment.
Due to expansion, Kay developed Connect Executive Search which is dedicated to helping professional workers find the next step in their career.
As someone who has worked her own way up, Kay is a dynamic and resilient leader who naturally motivates her team.
Kay has won “top biller” awards in her previous roles for a number of consecutive years within the recruitment market. Most recently in2020, finalist for business woman’s award and the northern recruitment awards.
She leads by example with a positive and proactive attitude.
As a mother of 2, Kay is a big believer in work life balance, with a close knit, hardworking team that shows great passion for what we do!

Chloe started out in recruitment in 2015 after graduating with a BA Honours in Media Writing and Production. She has over 5 years’ experience working within specialist healthcare recruitment placing candidates of all levels ranging from healthcare assistants up to regional managers and directors.

With a wealth of recruitment knowledge, Chloe is experienced in supporting and motivating junior recruiters to develop themselves and their careers to become successful recruiters for many years to come.
