We are currently working with a reputable Home Care Service in the South Somerset area.

As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the over all management of your base, ensuring all targets are met and that the service the team is providing is faultless. You will be innovative and business minded with the natural ability to be reactive to change.

To join the team they are looking for:
• Strong managerial with proven experience in leading a large team to provide high levels of customer service within a service based setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximising income
• Someone who is understanding and passionate about older people person-centred care
• An individual who has demonstrable business and service management skills including HR, facilities and IT.
• Diploma in Health and Social Care level 5 or equivalent
• Ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basis
