We are working with a good CQC rated Private Hospital in Chelmsford which is looking for an experienced Outpatient Manager.
The role involves managing clinical, nursing and administration duties whilst contributing to the direct delivery of excellent quality service and patient care.
You will also be responsible for effectively managing the organisation and running of the outpatient clinics, pre admission and discharge processes and provide professional leadership and teaching to the staff including effective liaison and co-operation with other departments.
Required Qualifications:
• Registered with the NMC
• Relevant post registration courses appropriate
to the post.
• BSc Nursing
• Mentorship experience (desirable)
Required training, Skills & Knowledge required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Evidence of ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills at a level to meet the requirements of the position
• Working within a cosmetic/general surgical environment (desirable)
