We are currently recruiting for a Prison Nurse / Paramedic to join a reputable prison service in Barnstaple, Devon.
The role involves…
- Carrying out medical and forensic examinations
- Attending police custody to assess, document and treat detainees
- To be available for court attendance when requested
Candidate requirements:
- HCPC Paramedic or Registered General Nurse with minimum 3 years post qualification experience
- Recent acute experience
- Ability to take blood samples
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- Experience in an autonomous/lone working role
