System Implementation Specialist – Field Based Nationwide

We are currently recruiting for a one of the UKs leading Health Care provider for a System Implementation Specialist.

System Implementation Specialist Ideal Profile

  • Confident and natural communicator with an inspiring quality
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Logical and efficient
  • Solid understand of customer service principles and practice
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high pressure environment
  • Be able to work on your own without the need for constant supervision

System Implementation Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key contact for the operations and head office teams during the implementation as the face of transformation
  • Build relationships with local and regional stakeholders
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders and head office departments to establish their requirements
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Transformation being implemented
  • Collate and manage relevant data required to ensure successful implementation
  • Ensure that all targets and deadlines are achieved
  • Be involved in training and coaching of new and existing system users
  • Understand and be involved in the development and management of processes and corresponding documentation
  • Work alongside other teams to assist in data, trend analysis and bespoken requirements
  • Prepare and support the branch in preparation and transition to the new system
  • Support the branch in training of employees on any new system
  • Provide on-site support and help for newly trained employees
  • Provide office support where needed whilst branch staff are going through the implementation process
  • Operate and update the new and outgoing systems as needed during an implementation
  • Helping in the set-up of data in the new branch system as required during an implementation
  • Provide advice and guidance to all employees in the use of any new system
  • Document lessons learned during the implementation
